These terms apply when you buy from morbid-darlings.co.uk. Delivery, returns, and care notes are on the Shipping page. You can edit this page in WordPress at any time.

The shop

Morbid Darlings sells handmade polymer clay jewellery and related pieces. Each piece is made to order or in small batches, so small differences from photos are normal.

Orders and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where it applies. You pay at checkout with WooPayments (cards and wallets where available). An order is accepted when you receive an order confirmation email. We may cancel an order if a piece cannot be made or if payment fails, and we will refund any amount already taken.

Delivery and returns

See Shipping for packing, UK delivery, returns, and care. Because pieces are handmade and often one of a kind, returns are limited to damaged or incorrect items as described there.

Your legal rights

Nothing in these terms takes away your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other UK consumer law.

Site use

Do not misuse the site (for example by attacking it or scraping it). Product photos and copy on this site belong to Morbid Darlings unless said otherwise.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
